Nicolette most recently drove strategy (including product positioning and GTM strategy) at Google Creative Lab.
In 2024 she completed an MFA in Design & Technology at The New School’s Parsons School of Design, where she was awarded an Impact Entrepreneurship Fellowship to explore increased access to and innovation in reproductive health via menstrual products. From there she co-founded Earnest Nic, early-stage startup analyzing menstrual blood biomarkers and developing a smart period kit.
A former corporate investigator, Nicolette’s product strategy work is heavily grounded in research, prototyping, and collaboration. Most intrigued by the application of tools and materials to unintended uses, her work aims to have social impact through innovative solutions and delightful interactions.
After negotiating on multilateral resolutions at the United Nations earlier in her career, and a brief stint at The Economist, she spent about six years digging for answers and uncovering the truth in a variety of investigations across the globe.
